Cub Scout Pack 598 is chartered by St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Houston Texas. We are members of the Mustang District of the Sam Houston Area Council. Each year our Pack participates in the the fun and adventure of two camping events, our Pinewood Derby and Cub Scout Day Camp plus many others. We also participate in community service projects like Souper Bowl of Caring and the St John Vianney Bazaar.   Again - Welcome to our website. We hope you enjoy your visit.

Pack 598 is chartered by St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Houston Texas.  We have been a quality unit for 35 years and have seen many Cubs mature into Boy Scouts and on to Eagle.  We welcome boys from any school but our membership is primarily from Nottingham Elementary and John Paul II Catholic School.  Our current roster is about  scouts with 10 dens.  We are an active Pack with regular Pack meetings - our annual activities include: bike rally, fall campout, Christmas caroling, Pinewood derby, Souper Bowl of Caring, Blue & Gold Banquet, spring campout, Arrow of Light, Pack picnic, Cub Scout daycamp, and Independence Day parade.
